Been a busy one this week. Got a brand new baby Grandson on Monday. His two sisters have been with us since Sunday and I'm worn out.
Today cooked burgers outside on the gas grill burner.
I decided to do some onions too.
I was hungry so I had two. One dressed with lettuce and tomatoes and one with grilled onions and shredded cheddar cheese.

Red beans with rice and cornbread. Original batch slow cooked in giant stock pot, frozen in smaller batches, re-heated in pan with extra sauteed onions and sausage:
