Well, it was salad night here tonight.
This was a huge bowl of salad!
It had.......
Spring Salad Mix
Romaine Lettuce
Iceberg Lettuce
Sliced Grape Tomatoes
Green Olives
Black Olives
Cheddar Cheese
Pepperjack Cheese
Havarti Cheese
Sliced Turkey
Sliced Black Forrest Ham
Sliced Boiled Eggs
Croutons added to the servings
Crumbled Bacon
Whatever dressing of choice.
Mine was Thousand Island(Fat Free)
I know it's only salad but every time we do this everyone enjoys it.

Seared ahi tuna steaks over brown rice with avocado, broccoli, and edemame salad.
It was my first attempt at tuna and it was cooked perfectly!

Picked up a prime NY Strip from the store today. Did a Caesar salad and baked potato to go with it and a bottle of black stallion cab.
