Cooked a chicken sauce piquante today with habaneros. It was very spicy hot but extremely delicious.

Cooking @ 45 quarts of meat sauce for spaghetti. Some Cabernet will go in the sauce, and a good bit will go in the cook.

Just finished mine up as well.
Could've made my roux a tad darker, but oh well.

cj, I didn't see your reply to my question until very late. Sorry you weren't feeling good, but it sounds like you had an appetite tonight!

This picture is of yesterday's lunch, but I'm making one just like it for supper tonight, and maybe some leftover roasted cauliflower soup to go with.

The sandwich is made using Outer Aisle Gourmet's cauliflower sandwich thins, some deli chicken, avocado and red onion.

Good evening,

What method will you use to prepare your chuckeye steaks this evening Mr. Janky? And, will you consume vodka prior to, during, and/or after your meal?
