Shaved prime rib on ciabatta with melted provolone, caramalized onions and a horseradish cream sauce, dipped in an au jus. So, a French Dip but I wanted to sound fancy.

It came with fries but I also ordered a side of green chili mac & cheese because their M&C is bomb.

Vodka waters.

Tried a recipe for the crab challenge. It was good, but didn’t showcase the crab enough. Thankfully, I only used a portion of my precious lump crab meat and can try something else.

Not sure where you are, but Agave in Lafayette has a pretty good version, although there must be just essence of crab meat in it, because I sure didn’t see any the last time I had one!
