Let my daughter choose. She wanted grilled chicken salads.

Wife had oil and vinegar for dressing. Daughter and I had Thousand Island.

That sounds awesome. Used a recipe or video for the shrimp and mind sharing ?

Texas Roadhouse for me
Country fried sirloin
Sweet potato with butter
Green beans
Only two rolls. But a lot of butter.

This is the recipe I used for the shrimp. My first time making it. Looked up a recipe b/c I had an old jar of harissa paste I needed to use up. It was good, very hot, but good. For the grits, I just cooked grits per the instructions and added butter and smoked gouda at the end.

ETA: Oops, forgot the recipe. Recipe
