I have that same fryer. Oil filtration and storage works great.

I usually only fry for 3 so it’s the perfect size.

Baked salmon.
Rotini pasta with butter, parm, seasoning. Threw some sauteed mush, bellpepper, onion on it.
Green beans.

Leftover red beans spooned over the last biscuit, cut in half, a piece of ham and fake crab salad. :)

Pizza - homemade with sourdough. After the question about sourdough pizza a month ago, decided to make a starter and give it a try. Good but my hydration was way off (high), so working with the dough was impossible. Ended up putting it into a rimmed round pizza pan and working the dough by hand to fill the pan.

Ended up with sort of a deep dish, but the dough had good flavor, definitely with good tanginess. Topping were pepperoni, canadian bacon, mushroom & peppers with fresh mozzarella.

Marinated and grilled chicken, grilled pepper/onion with spicy thai sauce, grilled squash, and salad. Ate outside tonight.
