I got a meat grinder for Christmas last night from my FIL. I decided to grind up some frozen burnt ends of a brisket I had with a venison Backstrap for some succulent hamburger patties.

Baked some sweet potatoes and made some lentils. Chilled white wine. *Mushrooms.

I forget about how simple and delicious lentils are to make.

Mom's leftover corn and crab bisque. I get this like twice a year, take leftovers, and feast for 2-3 days. Gonna have a little scotch and watch the Griswolds chase that damn squirrel. Merry Christmas FDBers

Combo of leftovers from earlier today and last night. So starch with a side of starch with a little bit of carbs to go with.
