We have too many leftovers in the fridge and we need to move them out. So, tonight we had:
Leftover chicken from Brasas Peru, supplemented with a couple leftover smoked ribs.
Grilled romaine with grilled red onion & grilled grape tomatoes
Potato salad
Red Blend

My competition dish. It’s ugly as hell and the best tasting competition dish I’ve ever made.

Love the look of those ribs. Never met one I didn't like
LL, I have had a lot of fun cooking Mexican for this one. I did four total and also cooked some great tasting dishes I decided did not look good enough to submit.
Hopefully you enjoyed your tasty dish.

Got up at 4:00, this morning, started a fire, seasoned a brisket and threw it on the pit. Third picture is about four hours in. Forgot a picture of my plate but I fed my bartender. Not the prettiest I ever cooked but it ate pretty good. :)
