We grilled today - celebrated our oldest’s birthday and Father’s Day
Burgers, hot dogs, sausage, French fries, potato salad, cole slaw and southwest egg rolls

I stopped at Iverstine’s new location to get my dad some pork chops for Father’s Day. They had Denver steaks that looked like the prettiest strips I’ve ever seen. Labeled as Wygyu Denver Steaks. I bought one for my dad and I’m eating the other. In the air fryer to 130 then seared in the skillet with ghee and deglazed with some w sauce.
ETA: One of the best steaks I’ve had. Tender as a filet but super beefy. I’m sold. Also, they said they’d cut beef ribs no problem.
And they are serving plate breakfasts and lunches. The lunch line today looked on point.
ETATA: They got their liquor license while I was getting my provisions….I should probably start a new thread.

Oh good! I almost went yesterday to get meats for my dad as well. Love Iverstine.
