So now I am thinking red bell pepper, Jimmy Dean's hot breakfast sausage, shredded cheese, Rotel with habaneros, bake and drizzle with spicy queso and some sour cream.

We had a plate full of Jimmy Dean's hot breakfast sausage, caramelized onions, bell peppers, Rotel, fresh and pickled jalapeños, with some Indian spicy peppers. We meant to serve over tater tots, but only had a few, so we garnished with those, mango salsa with a ton of added fresh habaneros, spicy queso and sour cream. I just ate with a fork and mfiwd had it with chips. It was awesome.

Looking for creative ways to use the hot breakfast sausage in non-traditional recipes.

Threw some chicken and potatoes on the pit, indirect heat. My wife wasn’t too happy when she found out the baked potatoes were paired with chicken. :)
