Smoked a whole chicken and a little salad. Some Dreaming Tree chardonnay to kill off the night (plus a nice N.O. Cigar Co stogie). Screw you guys in Perdido (I kidd).

Shared chicken kabobs and spinach roll ups (fyi: totally diff than fruit roll ups) with my wife and son. My first time. Not bad but why no hummus when you give me pita bread, rice, and greek salad with my kabobs?

Saw this pic for a recipe for "melt in your mouth chicken" on Pinterest. Had it for lunch and dinner:

No, it did not melt in my mouth. I think I put too much salt in the mixture that goes on top, but once I took the top part off, it was pretty good. But it was a quick and easy baked chicken dish, so I would make it againm, just less salt
