Exactly. The food was decent, service/atmosphere not so much.. which is kindof a big deal since it's a place that is a successful based solely on their atmosphere and girls.

That taco looks terrible.

Honestly, no offense Rjone, but the description was seriously spot on. Ground beef, cheese, lettuce, pico, sour cream. If i'm getting mini tacos as an app, I want them to be something different like fish tacos with an interesting sauce or korean beef tacos.. etc. Of all the apps listed, I thought the tacos seemed least interesting and almost like something they just put on there to fill space. You can kinda tell when an item is "signature" to a place or if it's just there to please certain people. That being said, I hate when restaurants put something on their menu that they're not good at and half arse it.

Usually the restaurants who just have a 1 page menu can specialize better/make better dishes than the restaurants who have a 5 page menu.

I ate at purple goose tonight on a last second decision by gf, it was okay.. had pulled pork nachos (ok) for app and fish tacos (ok) and gf had crab cake sandwich (pretty good)
but back to rjones thread.. are you really surprised? What did you expect with all those Harleys out front? And bad taco is bad

I love how y'all are are giving a serious critique to Twin Peaks, then pretentiously talk about how your beers are too cold. If you're willing to eat at TP, you don't get to rip on people for liking to drink cold beer.

I have not, and will not eat there. Those types of places annoy the shite out of me. They sit at the table because they think it makes you feel special.

What a colossal waste of time and money.
Ouch. Twin Peaks' wings must be tossed in dog shite, because Hooters has some of the worst wings I've ever had the displeasure of tasting.
