My wishes are coming true.

Milford’s on Third, as the deli will be called, will be named for the developer’s late grandfather, who was a Jewish grocer in Alexandria, and will feature dishes made from his traditional recipes. The deli will front Third Street, adjacent to the hotel’s main entrance at 150 N. Third St.

First thing I thought of.
Ask and you shall receive.

That's BS!!! Austin lost all our Jewish Deli's, and we have a nice sized community. And here comes BR with a new delicatessen. Outrage! Lucky sons-of-guns. I miss pastrami, tongue, brisket, rye, challah, sour pickles, black and white cookies!
Back in 2012, a guy named Mastman was about to open up a jewish deli here in town, but red-tape and lack of funding ruined it before it opened.
Good Luck, Mike Wampold! Keep things authentic!

Your description reminded me of the King of the Hill where Bobby becomes so infatuated with his local deli that he developed gout from eating there so frequently. Love a good Jewish deli.

Haha yeah, the only nearby Jewish deli is all the way in Houston at Kenny and Ziggys
