Meatloaf, collards, butter beans, all from the Silver Moon cookbook, along with my corn bread...may candy some sweet potatoes, too.

Sitting on the patio enjoying a cold beer while I watch the SO cook a filet for me and a ny strip for himself. Earlier, I made potato casserole and a green salad. It’s going to be a good evening.

Y’all enjoy your dinner and those you love.

Chicken mozzarella tortellini with Costco Kirkland brand pesto. Tastes pretty good for how little effort goes into it.

Antoni’s in Lafayette. We had the lobsters special, shrimp and pesto lasagna, and my daughter had her regular meatball and black olive pizza.

My parents drive so we had lots of wine.

Beef tamales and Hissy Fit beer at Midway Point Sports Bar in Addison TX (my recommendation: order a burger at a sports bar; go to a Mescan restaurant for Mescan food!).

Sous vide chicken and Caesar salad.

I've got a Traeger, sous vide and an instantpot. These three devices create 75% of my meals.
