I know there was a thread on this I believe mines a tad different. Going stay in the area tonight, want to bring my family to a nice dinner. My daughter is 19 months old, so something that will have a kids menu and be kids friendly while still being a good meal. I wanted to do La Boca or Desi Vegas (as it’s downstairs from where we are staying) but I don’t know how kid friendly they are and def couldn’t find any kids menu’s.

The restaurant in the WW2 museum has a kids menu I believe. It is not upscale or anything, definitely very casual.

Peche or Cochon Butcher would definitely be kid friendly and delicious.

Meril’s is great and they have a laid back kid friendly atmosphere.

Yeah Meril’s is loud and lively. Agree with Peche and Cochon as well.

Food. I assume you're trying to be witty here.

Oh, you're just being an idiot instead of trying to be witty. Cool.

So couple things, some places don’t have kids menus. We’ve run into it a couple times and just said hey fry some chicken etc and we’ll pay for it. And they couldn’t or wouldn’t. The other thing I was concerned about was ambience. Didn’t want to go to some real romantic or “quiet” place with a baby. Sometimes she has a mind of her own lol

Our standby was always cooked pasta with butter when there was no kids menu. Can't think of a place where we could not get them to do that.

Good call, ours is going through a picky phase right now. When she first started eating real food, she ate it all, now she’s particular about certain kinds of pasta and Mac and cheese fml.
