Walk-Ons in Prairieville: Rate It, Please

I am not affiliated with this business other than occasionally stopping to eat there. Baton Rouge location has been really good in my opinion. Wondering if the new Prairieville location is as good. Your thoughts, please,

i thought it was solid -
Atmosphere/vibe/set up - 5*
beer list - 5*
food - i always get the same thing (zydeco salad) so not much help to anyone
service - was solid but we'll see if that remains after the GO

There should be a new forum on this board titled "Idiots Board" cause there are at least 2 IDIOTS to down vote a question asking how a particular restaurant is doing. I'm sure this post will bring out more, thus the need for the newly suggested forum.

Walkons gets hate on here.
Ive never had a bad experience. Service always decent, OK beer selection, food consistent and better than other things in that price range.
I dont choose to go but go when friends are going and dont mind it.

Was there this last weekend. Was not impressed. Took about hour after ordering to get our food and a number of dishes were cold. My burger was sub-par. Ordered it medium rare and came out like a crispy critter. Wife had to buffalo chicken sandwhich was was ok. My old man had a fish dish that was pretty tasty. Beer menu was meh. So f'ing loud you cant hear someone across the table from you. I know sports bars are suppose to be loud but this was the king of that.
I havent been to the one on campus in years so I'm just judging this on its own merit.

Serious question, not being a smart arse here. Why rate a chain establishment that sells the same Sysco food as the other 4 restaurants in the area.
Unless you're asking to rate the talent level at the new location... In that case I've heard its lacking.
