What are some ways you like to eat / prepare Vidalias?
I love a good Vidalia onion pie and I also love to just microwave one with butter and beef bouillon.
What about y’all?

I used a bunch in sticky chicken. It was awesome. Use them in smothered potatoes too.

Sliced about 1/2 in. thick, drizzle with olive oil, season well and grill.
My wife asked me to make some French Onion Soup with them once, but it turned out too sweet for my liking once the onions caramelized--------and I had a feeling it would.
Live and learn.

Chopped up with homegrown tomatoes, homegrown cucumbers, and some vinegar/oil/salt

Roasted with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Hit it with a little balsamic vinegar sometimes.

Chop the end off, wrap it in foil and cover with butter, salt and pepper. Wrap tightly and bake at least 45 minutes until it’s brown and soft. Take it out, chop it up and spread over crostini with either a goat cheese or cream cheese shmear.
