I like their smoked sausage and andouille. I cooked some of it in a sauce piquant last night.

They don’t really have much besides sausage. Fresh. Smoked. Andouille. I really like the jalapeño cheese smoked sausage but it is inconsistent which I don’t mind. Their hog head cheese is pretty good. Smoked chicken sausage is good too.

Skip Veron's. Too commercial mass produced. Go to Don's Country Store in Reserve or Bailey's or Jacob's in LaPlace. Just a couple minutes past Lutcher and much better products.

I get their fresh sausage, smoked sausage and stuffed pork chops. Jalapeno relish is excellent.

Go to Wayne Jacobs in Laplace. Best andouille, smoked sausage and other items. Just 20 minutes down the road

Stayed with the basics. 2 lbs of andouille and 1 lb of smoked sausage.
