You are just as ignorant for asking as the replies you are getting. Obvious you and these repliers don't know shat about training dogs. You both should get professional help.

2 temp floor joists across each end, 12" off floor, a pad underside of each end of joists and 1 to 4 cheap Harbor Freight 1/2 ton jacks. Lift, block and add chain wall of cinder blocks. <$200. additional, fill in joists and wooden floor. <$500. Waterproofing may be a challenge.

re: Ideas for keeping dogs in the yard
Posted by oldreserve55 on 11/7/22 at 7:43 pm to Ron Cheramie
Invisible fence and electronic collars are good but there will always be exceptions. I put up the chain link fence. 1. it keeps the dogs in, 2. it keeps other animals, and humans, OUT...

We raise rabbits. Skin and gut, add a couple pieces to commercial food. Raw, bones and all.

Same here. I don't like there spokespeople so I don't eat there. I go with Firehouse Subs.
re: Which Generator? Kohler or Generac
Posted by oldreserve55 on 7/21/22 at 7:06 pm to 385 Tiger
I have a 17 year old 17.5kw generac. Works flawlessly every time. All brands require periodic maintenance. All brands will require repair at some time or another. Its just like cars and trucks. Everybody will have positive and/or negative experiences with any brand.
re: Favorite etouffee recipes?
Posted by oldreserve55 on 4/2/22 at 12:19 am to L Boogie
Real crawfish etouffee does Not have flour, roux, cream of mushroom or any base other than BUTTER. Trinity, butter, crawfish and fat. Anything with roux is STEW or GRAVY. Get this right. Cauliflower is not a part of real boudin. Cajun and creole food does not include Jalepenos. Get over it.

re: To Tuff Shed or not to Tuff Shed
Posted by oldreserve55 on 3/4/22 at 2:14 pm to KTShoe
Tuff Shed gave me a crappy build with inferior material's on a 16 x 36. 3 years ago so lumber was not in a shortage. Neighbor has thesame size Derksen. It is better built. better materials. I'd stay away from TS.

re: Construction company for shed/ home add on
Posted by oldreserve55 on 4/20/21 at 12:07 am to lsulaker
As for a shed, stay away from BR TuffShed. They did a crappy build for me. Poor quality materials and poor workmanship. My neighbors Derkson building is much better.
re: Anyone ever shave their lab before?

Shaving is on the level physical abuse. Do you want other problems? Weekly brushing and a little house cleaning are the responsible way to go.

re: Anyone here have experience with a Derksen portable shed?
Posted by oldreserve55 on 2/24/21 at 6:48 pm to Coon
I have a 14 x 36 Derksen. Delivered December 2019. Well built, no flaws and no short cuts. Had thm add the wiring and roll up door. Better quality materials (lumber) and workmanship than my neighbor's 36' Tuff Shed built on site. Don't go with Tuff Shed.
re: Suggestions on places to stay at the Grand Canyon?
Posted by oldreserve55 on 1/27/21 at 8:29 pm to JesusQuintana
Depends on how much of the canyon you want to see. For a minimum 1 - 2 day trip Williams, Az is a touristy town on old historic Rte 66 and walking distance to Grand Canyon railway.
