You can fit
12 pounds of pasta
10 pounds of veggies
30 pounds of meat of choice
Trust me it will fit in da pot guaranteed
So here’s what I like to do with bacstrap on da grill

Get yourself tri Coker’s bell peppers
Kabob sticks
Bacon

Wrap backstrap on bacon slide on kabob stick
Slice bell peppers slide on kabob stick

They are a sure eye and mouth catcher to enjoy by all
Smoked sausage
Andouille sausage
They also make a good crawfish sausage
And they might have pork chops stuffed with crawfish sausage
Hog head cheese

Just see Mike in da market
But you can’t Geaux wrong with anything there.
why Would you ever soak deer meat on milk
Some people’s children and I bet he calls himself a deer hunter.
I grind deer and pork at about a 70-30 ratio
And use the following seasonings
Cumin
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Salt
Pepper
Mix all ingredients and roll into tamales
Place in large pot and make sauce using
Tomatoes juice
Tomatoes sauce
And same seasoning from above
Cook on medium heat for about 2 hours

You can use Cajun land tamale kits this is how I started but now I make way too many so to keep da cost down. I use da above seasonings.
Plan on making deer hot tamales, pulled pork nachos, backstrap kabobs.
The seafood pot on da river road or st.rose tavern on da river road
