"Core" lineups are becoming less common for small breweries. Not saying that is good or bad, but you won't find many new breweries having year long beers. Most are making new beers weekly, in order to attract more clientele. You'll get more butts in the seats with a "our new IPA with Citra, and Medusa hops" than you will "come try our regular line up". The beer could be completely identical except for 1 or 2 different hops, and it will be a draw, regardless if the beer tastes the same.
Same thing goes for the "insert adjunct or kids candy" stout. It's the exact same beer, except this one added used red hots in the secondary, instead of twizzlers.

Same here, but some people like it. I've been reverting back to classic styles the past 6 months are more. Lagers (especially pilsners), west coast IPA's/pales, English bitters, and nothing adjunct. Hell, i've stopped buying most sours, unless they are unfruited, and typically, just Lambics. I enjoy a well made NEIPA, but my taste buds must have changed, because i haven't had a well made NEIPA in a very long time.
I subsist on what i brew, outside of Pilsner Urquell, or other high quality pilsners.

Holy roller is still my favorite of the normal hazy IPAs you can get it stores. Far better then Jucifer.

gnarly barley just added a new year-round beer (skater aid)...that makes 5 for them which for a small brewery is a lot.

catahoula
radical rye
korova
skater aid
plus...coconut jucifer, strawberry catahoula and PB korova as regular seasonals. i really do think that they are doing it correctly. slow growth, make sure the flagships are well made (and selling well), and roll out a special brew every month or so

They are doing it again. They are releasing a 5.6 abv DIPA this week. That's weak for a regular ipa. They can frick off with this shite.
