Specifically, the New Orleans episode. Who says the food in New Orleans should look like the food in Houston?

Who seasons the Crawfish after the boil?

I heard stuff about that episode and couldn’t bring myself to watch it

Just seemed like it would piss me off.

Chang is such a pretentious d-bag. He's anti-white, and every episode is trying to find out how minorities can do better in some way

He is a pretentious count but I've never thought him anti white. But I don't have a victim mentality.

I think Chang is trying to work out some things from being picked on as a kid. It's like now that he has the fame, he can really show those other kids who made fun of him for his house smelling like kimchi. That's all I can come up with. I enjoyed my first exposure to him on Mind of a Chef, and I still recommend that to people, but then he started bottling up his own farts for consumers to buy and I kind of turned off on him.

There is a place for traditional crawfish. There is also a place for the viet/asian-style crawfish. All can coexist without shitting on the other, which is what Chang does.

Which is my biggest hangup with him. He talks out of both sides of his mouth. One episode will be about keeping tradition and how Imperialism ruins native cultural-cuisines & the next episode is about how food cultures are enriched by diaspora which is very hypocritical and contradictory.
