Fantastic list. I've spent a good amount of time trying to identify any rankings that are out of line and I haven't been able to do so. I think you nailed it. Bravo and Happy 4th, TulaneLSU!

Sorry baw, but you made a couple of serious mistakes.
In Houston, Bollo is better than Gypsy Poet.
In Phoenix/Scottsdale, Bianco is light years better than the reliably undercooked Pomo. Pomo is not even the 2nd best. Cibo is.
