Friends,
A couple of updates on these pizzerias. First, DiFara Seaport closed for good this weekend. It is not surprising. It was never crowded, and like the Staten Island location, quality was questionable. The original in Brooklyn is still great and I cannot imagine it closing in my lifetime. Dom’s son runs it and is there most days. The one in the Little Caesars casino in Las Vegas is terrible, by the way, but tourists float it.
The other big update is Mama Too’s is nearly finished with an expansion of its original UWS location. No longer will you have to brave the line outdoors. The new location triples the size of the pizzeria. For the first time since 2019, you will be able to eat inside the original location too. As Mama Too’s became more popular, the indoor seating disappeared to make room for more ovens and pizza making space. I’m quite excited and sent Frank a congratulatory DP king cake. Can’t wait to see the new space next month!

Regurgitated nonsense.
Imagine trying to be like Dave Portnoy.
Plagiarism and now a complete rip off of a "Pizza" grading system.
Mother would be proud!

Brings back memories of NYC and north NJ pizzas and bagels.

Jacking off as much as you do over pizza is tantamount to some of these Louisiana coonasses arguing over who makes better beans and rice.
It's just pizza.
It's just pizza.

I love going to NYC. We brought our kids last summer. Ate tons of pizza (John's was the favorite), bagels (Liberty was awesome), tacos (Los Tacos), Carmines, went to a Yankees and Mets home game. I think the food in Chinatown may have been my favorite.
