Upvote for calling Zuppardo's "The Economical," because that's what my momma called it too.

But dude, clean your grill. It's nasty.

Grate real cheese instead of the pre-shredded stuff in a bag it tastes a whole lot better.

And forgo the extra powdered garbage they add to get it from clumping and to extend shelf life

Friend,

Normally, I would shred my own cheddar, but I have quite the blistering of my hands. Several days ago I went to work with a machete on a fence line shared with a neighbor who does no upkeep. I hope to share the story with the Home and Garden Board. It hurts even to type, but we show our love for one another through sacrifice. I have a beautiful Widmers 10 year reserve cheddar that normally I would have used.

Yours,
TulaneLSU

Serving a burger with unmelted shredded cheese is an abomination and insult to cheeseburgers everywhere.

Tables have been sanded. Don’t know if your signature survived.

Friend,

Might I remind you of the importance of your skin (our bodies largest organ) in protecting us from infection.

Forming beef from a questionable source, into patties seems a bit reckless, don't you think? I have noted a tinge of self loathing in your previous posts, which finds me concerned for your mental health. All I ask is for you to show as much concern for your physical well being as you do for the food and culture of your once great city.

I shudder to think of a FDB without your thoughtful contributions, so next time don a pair of latex gloves and spare the risk of breaching your integumentary system and subsequent infection. You might want to do a risk benefit analysis of the impact of the latex gloves imparting an off flavor to the burgers, but remember, latex does come from a tree in the banana family, causing the latex to emit a bit of tropical flavor, but I digress.

Stay safe.

Most kindest regards,

Ruzil
