Travel Tip For Asheville...Do Not Pass Up Curate.

Great tapas joint downtown. Chef owner and her husband have elBulli in their pedigrees. Food offerings are exceptional, Spanish wine list is impressive, service is professional, and price point ain't off for the experience. This place would crush it in most cities .

Wife and I were in AVL on a Saturday night in mid-May and I wanted a couple of beers after dinner. We walked in and I was surprised to see two empty seats at the bar, and empty tables inside.

Will try it. I picked up the cookbook, and I think just about every dish we tried the other day is available only in it. Can't wait to get home and start wasting money. Ha
