This is where I stopped.
They are actually pretty solid burgers. Best in Alaska? Pretty subjective. I wouldn't say they are very Cajun influenced but I could have missed that. On a side note, there is a place near downtown Anchorage called the Gumbo House and the gumbo isn't bad.
Also, never heard of the place in Houston.

Bittercreek Ale House in Boise is legit. Haven't had enough burgers in Idaho yet to say they're the best though.
