2-3 small cups at work. 1-2 medium sized cups at home.

This thread is eye opening. I stopped drinking coffee a few years ago. I basically only drank it bc it was the normal thing to do and it was tasty. It was 1 cup black and I usually brought my mug home with coffee still left in the cup.

I think we need to define our "cup" size to be consistent.
My mug is 16 oz. and I typically have one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

This is probably sacrilege but I just discovered these Nescafe 3 in 1 packets. They're legit AF if you're in a hurry or camping.
