sub shrimp in place of ham?
That would be nice too. (Bacon, Ham, Shrimp, firm fish, chicken medallions)
To me, the secret to this dish is the eggs cooking in the pasta to make the sauce. What you add after that is your call.
My fondness for this dish comes from the pasta and the sauce.

Solid work with this thread MD, I always enjoy your posts.

I wonder why he only posted the post with his pictures / recipe instead of linking us the entire thread? Guess there's no possible subsequent discussion that could improve upon the recipes, rendering the threads useless.

Is there anything else you feel like complaining about in here? Why don't you make your own thread with the links to the full discussions?

Why would he care about the pages of people making fun of his cooking?

Good News R2R !
There is a link You can click on at the bottom of each post that takes you directly to the entire thread so that you can review all of the subsequent discussion that improves upon the recipes.
Never considered the threads useless.
What you saw in the way I linked the posts was firm evidence of my Old Fart inability to do this newfangled Computer Stuff.
Old people got no reason to live. Will be a better world when we are all gone.

Thanks MD. I'd like to try a good bit of your recipes. Even the ones I don't think I'll like I still enjoy reading the process and seeing the pictures. I like how you put them all together. Shake the haters
