This woman prepared a whole weeks worth of groceries for 12.00/week.
She says it was Easy, Healthy and Cheap. Lots of respecto to Julia Pacheco and her works to bring this to you.

This was in 2025 Too. Mind you. I wonder how much that would cost today.

Impressive.

Chicken, potatoes, and other vegetables are cheap as all get out. People who say groceries are too expensive don't know how to shop

Ground Turkey and rice will go a long way for $12.

“Too expensive” is of course subjective, but you do realize that we have actual stats on food prices, right?

I usually spend around $30 for the week, if I didn't have deer/game meat it'd be about $15 more than that.

It doesn't feel like it but historically speaking Americans are spending a lower % of their income on food than in the past.

If you have to watch every dollar and you know how to do basic cooking its not hard. Might not be the most exciting dishes but still can be healthy and tasty.
