Atually some of these people have me frightened by what they consider to be food phobias. The only thing I can think of is liver and onions, which I don't think is extreme.

Zero. Never had lung or kidneys, but I would probably give it a shot. I can't think of anything I wouldn't eat and probably enjoy.

Some picky mofos in this thread.

I am willing to try about anything, I have heard that grilled rat is considered a delicacy in the barrios of Brazil, and would be willing to give it a go. The only thing that I wouldn't want to know that I am eating is Chinese dog.

I think there's a difference between not eating something because you don't like the taste (Liver ) and having a phobia or irrational dislike for something (like cheese..., not to mention names). Mr. Grits has a violent response to the mere mention of beets, yet when he was served fresh cooked beets in a salad he declared they were delicious and asked what they were. Obviously, he had an ugly run-in with a beet at some point in his childhood.

I should clarify. She HATES and WILL NOT eat apple pie, cherry cobbler, etc.

The only thing I have a problem with is breakfast ham. Sausage is meh (but regular grilled sausage like during a BBQ is great). My issue with bacon, that while it is tasty, it is so damn unhealthy, it makes me not want to eat it.

I'll eat it on the off occassion, but not with regularity. I do hate bacon on steak, burgers, etc. tho.

At restaurants it is usually called squab. Best dish I have ever had in NO was the squab with dirty rice at Peristyle.

I dont like ANYTHING with a formed skin on it (i.e. cheese dip, pudding, gravy, ect.)

and I dont like cottage cheese after having a spoiled container of it spill out of the fridge on my head as a kiddo.
