I'm assuming the walls going up in the Long Farms area are for the new Rouses?

Yep. Poured the grade beams three weeks ago in the rain before they filled up. Subsurface plumbing and electrical being roughed in before they pour the slab. They are moving about on pace. It is going to hurt Albertsons and I would imagine the Winn Dixie.

After having Rouses in Denham for a little while now, I can safely say LeBlancs >>>>>>> Rouses

I also noticed a sign in the lot by the new Leblanc's that they are now leasing for phase 2. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for a 5 Guys (waiting for the down votes) and Vietnamese restaurant out here in Pville.

Is this the vacant lot to the right of Leblancs? Wasn't there a petition trying to block a Walmart grocer from building there about a year ago?

No, it filled up pretty quickly. It isn't a terrible mix either. I've used the grocery, Izzo's, Pediatric dentist & Supercuts for my boys. That is a higher % of useful shite than most of the area shopping centers.

Huge apartment complex. Supposedly "higher end" tenants. I doubt that very seriously.

Hope this is right I guess as far as apartments go, but I heard it was to be low income. But no clue if my source at the parish knows what hes talking about. One things for sure, we will get yet another red light there in the near future.
