Your source doesn't. It is being built bt Matt McKay and John Noland who own all of the All Star Automotive and it is modeled on the other complex I think it is Mansions at Ivy Lake.

Well the new ground up Rouses are pretty nice and with the Fresh Market a few miles down and Alexanders and Maxwells the area is getting well served.
