Bake a refrigerated pie crust. Crumble and add the pieces. Or bake a crust, fill with ice cream, freeze and then slice. Fresh whipped cream would be a nice addition.

I've always been a believer that Blue Bell is the best ice cream but man, HEB brand name 'custom creations' style are right there with them. All kinds of great combinations of flavores/swirls/candy bits. Absolutely fantastic ice cream.
I'm ready for Blue Bell to bring back their Grooms Cake. Chocolate ice cream, chocolate fudge swirl. chocolate covered strawberry pieces mixed thoughout. Damn, that was my favorite ever.

I enjoyed it. My husband did not, but he prefers chocolate ice creams.

Mexican Chocolate is crack. Haven't touched it in almost a year. It will be gone in 2 days in this house
