I used it to cook for 50 people at a wedding rehearsal dinner last night. Used an old 7 gallon pot for the first time and it came out great. Thanks!!!!

I used it recently for 53 people and made pastalaya. Used my shrimp boiling pot. Simple, straightforward and very tasty. Friends were asking to take home the leftovers an I must have shared the calculator a half dozen times! Thanks to the developer!!

You’re welcome.

We worked pretty hard trying to get it perfected. I’m glad your jambalaya was calculated correctly.

Most of the civilized world doesn't know what a good Gonzales Jambalaya is. Oh well I'm sorry for their bad luck.

I had no idea you were so instrumental in the calculator.

No doubt, but BRgetthenet? He was a doubter and purist.

I used it for a large crowd at my lodge. The jambalaya turned out fine, but I ran into a problem really early on with water.

My meat was steaming more than anything. There was no sear or char on the meat. There was just so much water in the meat already that it made a good char impossible.

Wow, never been compared to torpedo grass. I'll have to write that one down.

If you want to hate me even more, I also worked for ICF in the Road Home program.
