You forgot to shop in one of those dinner-plate belt buckles on the Tejas one.

Everything you love aboot Tejas food is because of Mexicans.

I do love Memphis bbq. Haven’t had KC. Love Texas brisket.

Have you ever been to Vera’s Backyard BBQ in Brownsville, Tx?

Best of both worlds

While funny texas definitely has the best BBQ in the world. Don't rely on silly gimmicks like sauces and what have you. And I'm biased bc I think brisket is the best part about BBQ. And they do that best. Not really a pulled pork fan. Well I like it but would never choose it over brisket.

Thank you Kupvid.. now I suspect your city, Austin, with all the sky screamers , most likely is behind Nola.

Just had a plate of Que in a podunk town in North Carolina that was pretty dang good. The sides, atmosphere, and sweet little old ladies all win.. but the BBQ (while delicious) doesn’t beat Terry Black’s in Austin.

Damn, 8 0z. cup. Popeyes is not a bbq place.

Do you ever see any of those Austinites with horns on them? I have not been to Austin since '96 though. It was not all Cali rejects at that time.

If you legit think that NOLA's BBQ is better than Texas because you went to Hogs for a Cause you're laughable.
