Really turned out nice . Melt in your mouth Filet. My wife cooked all of it .

I just got home from work starving and this is what I opened up to view. I’m jealous because that looks so amazing.

She used a new rub and I was kinda worried. It brought me back to the Chalet Brandt days . She had a Marchand di vin sauce with the bernaise . Sorry for the spelling.

My new jam is smoking/reverse searing a whole tenderloin or chateaubriand, and then making steak sandwiches along with a Texas style vinegar sauce.
