Maybe that place will thrive at that location.

Is this the same place that was in Zachary?

Was supposed to go there yesterday for a bday dinner but it cancelled

was looking forward to it because the menu seems extremely large which is never an encouraging sign

Yes. Should be great food. Francois' temperament is comparable to the soup Nazi however... tread lightly.

Went for lunch. Menu is huge which is usually a red flag. Only tried the filet omelette and French dip(I wouldn't get again). Food was reasonably priced, but just trying those two simple things, they were average. I believe they had a $29 12 oz prime ribeye on the menu, and if cooked well, that's a great price.

Went for lunch. As has already been reported, menu is large. Portions were a good size. At that location, they'd do well to add a lunch menu in addition to the dinner entrees. Seared tuna was ok. Would not order the french dip again. I'd go back again if coworkers want to, but won't be a place I offer up.

I loved the place in Zachary, but never crossed paths with Francois himself. Used to get the mahi

It amazes me to see so many insufferable assholes go into the service business

Until I see some rumors that his attitude has improved, I'm staying away. I have seen him be rude to my grandma in a condescending way but that's nothing compared to how he treated some of the young girls waiting tables in there. He would yell and berate them in front of the entire restaurant. The food was good but I refuse to sit in there and listen to that shite. frick him
