Divine’s are good, but I don’t believe they make them. I’ll have to ask the owner, but they used to buy them frozen and re-heat them.

I've never come across ground beef tamales wrapped in corn husk. Even locally in Nola they are in paper. I would think corn is better. But that seems uncommmon.

In the delta region, I expect 95% of the tamales are wrapped in corn husks. Doe’s in Greenville is the only establishment I know that uses paper,though I’m sure there are others.
