Hard to believe this concept will work in Louisiana when you can just go to Sonic but apparently white women are excited because it is featured prominently on that Mormon reality show.

The one here in Rogers, Arkansas has a huge drive thru line constantly.

My wife and kids love 7 Brew. Sonic sucks, at least their food does. 7 brew footprint is probably 1/3 the size of a sonic also.

Prepare for the "Meet me at Sonic."

I’ve seen them in other places. Doesn’t really interest me but I’m happy to have new concepts here.

The Secret Wives of Mormom Wives reality show showed it a couple of times since Mormons use soda as their "vice" due to not being able to consume alcohol/coffee/tea. It sounds neat for anyone enjoys carbonated drinks.

Sure. I’ll give you that. I actually had a decent burger there not too long ago but I was fairly drunk.
In general, their food is terrible. They use pre-breaded and then frozen items for their onion rings and chicken tenders, for example.
Sonic’s are closing around me, because like I said, their food is generally terrible.
ETA: you know what else is terrible about sonic, is their drive through and cook times. Astronomically long. The drive through is a joke. How it takes 5 -10 mins to get a couple of drinks is ridiculous. Sorry for being truthful

They opened something similar in Scott called Soda Pop Shop, it made it ~6 months. Maybe being in Lafayette will help this place but I don't see the longevity for something like this, I give it 12-18 months tops.

Unless there is a rapidly growing Mormon population in Lafayette, I don't see this working
I'm all for tons of soda flavors btw, it just doesn't have lasting appeal to the masses

Talking about sodas and this dumb mfer brings up a coffee shop and Sonic food...

It must be open. In true Lafayette fashion the line was wrapped around that strip mall to get a soda. It’s a cluster frick to get in and out of there without traffic. It looked impossible to go to Jersey Mike’s or any of those other businesses today.

Is that what has opened by Johnston and Camelia? I went to the Pizza Hut, and my wife and I were curious what the hell was that line?

Motha fricka. There were so many cars.

This happened where I live too, lasted a weekend and then died off. I don't even know where it is, I just heard the white ladies complaining.
