Slated for old Smash Burger location.

I ate at Superica several weeks ago, and it truly was memorable.

It has been up for lease recently. Lease probably runs out end of the month or year

I usually hate on all things 1) Atlanta and 2) any sort of outside expansion into New Orleans and I'm pumped about this. Superica is a great restaurant.

I looked at the menu, looks like another Tex-mex place, what makes it different than the typical one?

This image always brings up Mexican restaurants in my mind. I don't know if it is relevant in this thread, but I always think all Mexican restaurants get their food from the same source.

Interesting. Arana Taqueria is literally 2 buildings away from the smash burger.

Looking at the menu not sure how well a higher end location will do on that part of the street.

7,000 square feet sounds pretty big. The notice says that they are using the existing building + expanding to include an adjacent building. Is it the building to right?

Tex-mex with s $34 short rib.

I’ll be content with the two Juan’s on the same street.

I like Ford Fry and Superica, although I don't really understand why people are so obsessed with it here.

But they do very good buildouts and it's solid tex mex in a nice environment, so I think it'd be an asset to pretty much any place.

I remember thinking the same thing. I don't know how to explain it, its just memorably good. Even the salsa is awesome. The one I went to in Krog Market had a really cool build out too.
