What are yall cooking or bringing to a Superbowl party Sunday?
I think I'm going to do about 6lbs of deer/beef chili with cornbread and about 2 dozen wings on the pit.

Might take a shot at pork belly poppers again

Going to do some different variations of wings just to see what turns out best. Going to use a few different sauces and do a mixture of baking and frying the wings. Can't grill them because it's going to be too cold outside to deal with that.
Definitely staying home to watch the game. I don't need to be surrounded by obnoxious Pats fans when they inevitably win.

We're boiling a couple sacks of crayfish and 10lbs of shrimp. I'm also going to cook a whole pig, 5lbs of boudin and a bunch of sausage, a 5 gallon duck gumbo, a potato salad some bleu cheese slaw and maybe fry some catfish.

Crawfish dip, warm, served in pastry cups.

What's your recipe?
I used Niki's one time in phyllo cups and that worked well. I've done cardinale a number of times in the same cups and that works really well.
When I use the phyllo cups, I find they are a little "doughy" and need some additional crisping, so I do that in the oven and put them back in the container until ready to use. I don't usually warm them again since the dip or cardinale is warm enough.

Buddy’s wife makes a cowboys super bowl champions cake every year
12 lbs brisket smoked 14 hours
4 racks pork ribs
Hundreds of fried wings all flavors
Fried shrimp
Onion rings
Deer queso
Buffalo chicken dip
Bacon wrapped jalapeños
Deviled eggs
And enough beer and liquor to give a small village alcohol poisoning

Crawfish Dip 2 at page 5 Of the Recipe Book. Serve in a chafing dish with phyllo cups. Excellent. I can’t get it to copy and paste here for some reason.

Yep. She likes to eat and gets highly upset if the food runs out. This was her at last year's party.

Balls, what time would you like for us to show up? I'll bring the beer and wine.
