Bought at Sam’s on impulse . Proportioned , microwaveable . First time was olive oil, garlic , parm and herbs. Ok but watery texture. Now what ?

I don’t much like it as a stand alone....I use it as a rice substitute. Things you’d eat over rice—red beans, gumbo, pot roast w gravy, etouffee, etc—are served over the riced cauli instead. I do find you’ve got to cook it significantly longer than package instructions to get it to a soft, rice like consistency,

The Member's Mark 4 x 12oz frozen riced cauliflower is in my freezer now. I make it fried rice style or add it to any recipe calling for browning ground meat.

I add a frozen 12oz bag to #1 of ground turkey meat for meat sauce or taco meat. It extends the protein and adds vitamins B6 & C, magnesium, calcium, and iron to your diet.

I also add it to casseroles that I meal prep for the week.

Heat sesame oil in a skillet on medium high, drop in the frozen bag, heat til hot. Add some seasoning you like such as cilantro, lime juice, etc.

Trader Joe's has a really nice chili lime seasoning that goes well in it as well.

Use it with the chive and onion or jalapeño cream cheese and chicken or ground Turkey for a great low carb taco casserole. Also done broccoli, cauli rice and cheese

I do it fried rice style. Then I use it to make one of those trendy bowls that you see everywhere, because in spite of the trend it is good. This recipe on the Woks Of Life website is very good. Give it a shot (along with many of their other recipes... this is a fantastic resource for asian cooking)
