Sugar cone or wafer cone?

We are a house divided. My wife likes (and always buys) wafer cones. I've always been a sugar cone guy.
To me, a wafer cone always tasted like styrofoam.
Of course, waffle cone trumps them all but I'm just talking for the house.
Which is your choice?

Wafer cone is also a cake cone correct?
I prefer a cake cone for soft serve ice cream, sugar cone for scooped
Since you are talking at the house that would be a scooped ice cream which I would say sugar

The Wafer last bite is the best.
Sugar is better tasting but too messy as it cracks completely when you bite it.
