Nice change of pace from the ol' biscuit.
Mid to late 90s subway had biscuits for breakfast and they were big and fluffy and YUMMY! but they no longer have them in their new breakfast line.

eh, i disagree. the steak subway uses is more than likely leaner and healthier than the greasy steak the appears on the McD's bagel sandwich. I haven't researched any of this, but thats what i think.
and as far as chipotle mayo, i only ask for just a little. just enough to give the smoky taste. i don't think the teaspoon of mayo is going to ruin my day
Why is subway steak leaner than McD's? They're most likely equally greasy as both places probably use roughly the same cut of steak. It's fast food, it has to be cost efficient.
Ole Jared ain't eating steak breakfast sandwiches and losing weight is all I'm saying.

look at the stats between the two breakfast sandwiches. subways is healthier by a huge margin. the 3-4 oz of steak they put on your breakfast sandwich isn't going to wreck your waist line. also, the steak at mcd's is greasy as frick, greasy = fat and calories. subway, not so much.

I already posted the stats. The nutrition part of the site is a bit confusing, but from what you posted earlier you get a 6" steak, egg and cheese sandwich (490 calories) on flatbread (+30) with southwest chipotle mayo (+100).
That is around 600 calories, 30 grams of fat vs Mcdonalds at 660 calories and 33 grams of fat.
I don't eat breakfast, so I have no idea how the sizes of these sandwiches compare, but according to the nutrition info it is about the same.

There are more subway's than any other fast food restaurant in the world. Just recently surpassed McD's.

I do not typically get the steak and cheese, anyways. Plus my sauce is lite mayo on my ham on wheat.
I think the big difference is the nutirents you can get to start your day that mcdonald's can not provide. I do like their oatmeal, though.

Subway isn't on that list. Mcdonald's is on that list.
Ok, so if you ate only Mcdonalds for breakfast lunch and dinner for a month and another person ate at subway for a month for breakfast lunch and dinner, you think you will come out as the healthier individual?

McDonald's will and always have the best breakfast. Subway isn't bad though
