Anyone else really like it? Obviously mcdonald's gets the nod for most, but I like the portions subway gives, not to mention it's healthy and doesn't destroy your stomach. Thoughts?

The steak, egg, and cheese on flatbread with a little chipotle mayo, lettuce, and tomatoe is a great start to a morning

I'm not a fan of Subway sandwiches for lunch, but I do enjoy the "western" on an English muffin.

I stumbled upon it a couple months ago. Nice change of pace from the ol' biscuit.

Subway's eggs taste like foam.
And it's not any healthier than McDonalds if you get steak with chipotle mayo. And you're really only masking how bad the eggs are by covering it with steaks and chipotle mayo.

Agreed. Biodegradable foam. Had them yesterday for the first and last time.

i guess. i get the egg whites and i haven't tried them on their own.

eh, i disagree. the steak subway uses is more than likely leaner and healthier than the greasy steak the appears on the McD's bagel sandwich. I haven't researched any of this, but thats what i think.
and as far as chipotle mayo, i only ask for just a little. just enough to give the smoky taste. i don't think the teaspoon of mayo is going to ruin my day

What you get at Subway = ~600 calories and ~1400 mg sodium.
McDonald's steak egg and cheese bagel = 660 calories and 1580 mg sodium
Not much difference.

i checked the nutritional info at subway and its no where near 600 calories.
its also lower in fat and carbs then subway.
(i don't care about sodium)
