Nope

They left me a voicemail. They tried their hardest and can’t get them in from the supplier. About to drive over there and hope they have some nice looking regular steaks.

Research has shown that dietary cholesterol does not significantly impact cholesterol levels in your body, and data from population studies does not support an association between dietary cholesterol and heart disease in the general population (5Trusted Source, 6Trusted Source, 7Trusted Source).

Though dietary cholesterol can slightly impact cholesterol levels, this isn’t an issue for most people.

In fact, two-thirds of the world’s population experience little or no increase in cholesterol levels after eating cholesterol-rich foods — even in large amounts (8

I lowered my Cholesterol from 236 to 190 in 3 months from a low cholesterol diet, but I guess it could just have been a coincidence.

1. Cholesterol can vary greatly from time of day and when you had your last meal. Going every 90 days and getting a reading at different times of day eating different foods before is pretty much useless

2. How much weight did you lose?

I wasnt trying to lose weight. I had already lost a ton from a mix of low carb and intermittent fasting. My Cholesterol spiked though doing the low carb so I kept the intermittent fasting, upped the exercise a little and kept the weight loss while lowering the cholesterol.

Everybody is different when it comes to these things. Salt doesn't affect blood pressure for a lot of people, but my BP is super sensitive to sodium.

Your levels will drop, or rise on good levels, like a rock when you fast and stick with it.

You very clearly implied that eating red meat is bad. That is a myth that has no basis in reality.

Well, I love red meat, so that wasn't my implication. It was just a cholesterol joke.

And as I mentioned, every person is different. Red meat will affect different people differently.

Kroger has bone-in ribeyes at $5.99/lb

I can't even find chuck eye for less than 8+ per lb in NETx. Call me strange but I enjoy CE more than ribeye.

One deal I found today was prime sirloin steak at Rouses. They look pretty good. Bit thin but that is ok, I want to sear them
$5.99lb

Also got some red Bama shrimp for surf and turf.

The thin cuts like that are awesome for a philly cheese steak. Lightly frozen and then mandolin cut. Flash pan cook. Man oh man.
