Which grocer in BR/Gonzales/Prairieville sells a kinda of creamier potato salad as opposed to chunky? Looking for a person on a soft diet. TIA

Could always just run a mixer through it, or toss in a food processor.

You’ll probably be better off adding some ingredients from home to your taste. It’ll help dilute some of that processed flavor.

Jambalaya shop has a very creamy potato salad , it is almost creamed potatoes with Mayo egg and relish

Yep, Rice and Roux as well.
The bacon and ranch potato salad at Robért is phenomenal, but chunky.

I can’t think of another prepared store bought food that’s harder to find that’s worth a shite that potato salad.
