Stir Fry

Fresh Market has their Little Big Meal deal and it is chicken or steak stir fry. Twenty bucks.
Everything is already preeped, so all you have to do is cook it. Rice, veggies, chicken (or steak), stir fry sauce, and a side dish of pot stickers.
First, saute the veggies - asparagus, broccoli, snap peas, zucchini, bok choy, and mushrooms.
Remove the veggies after 5 minutes and cook the chicken in the same pot.
Add the sauce and veggies back in with the chicken, once the meat is done. I also add some red pepper and peanuts from the pantry.
The finished product:
This fed three of us, with enough for leftovers for lunch tomorrow.

shite $20/3 for 2 nights is a great deal. I'm off to buy veggies and chicken and sauce for $60 to feed us tonight dammit

Looks fine. I cooked a stir fry 2 nights ago that turned out pretty good. I need to stir fry more often.
