Steak Umms do you buy?

I bought these this morning. Put them in the croc pot with some adjus seasong. A hour in, I got the most foul smelling "meat-Sheet" I ever smelled.
I added some garlic and peppers to it, in the hopes that my home made beef sandwiches will be good.
This stuff is horrible so far.

I mean it’s basically like steak bologna… I put it in the same category as the frozen meatballs. You’re definitely not going to write home about it but it has its place.

I’ve never had steak-ums. But I always think about this family guy scene when I hear about them or see them in the store.

I loved me some Steak umms back in the 80's. Even little kid me knew that you cook them real quick in pan. Great sandwich with some jalapeño squeeze cheese.

Yep, I used to like ‘em a lot when I was a kid/teen. Not do much anymore, but I’d still eat it. Just don’t set your expectations too high.

Take a steak and throw it into the freezer, get it firm, and slice it thin,
